Aramark, sro (hereinafter referred to as “Aramark” or “we”) is the operator of this website and is responsible for the collection and storage of personal data through it. Aramark respects the privacy of each user of this website (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and further in this text informs you how personal data is processed on our website. 

Please note that this information on personal data protection applies exclusively to our website www.cestanatalir.cz , and not to third-party websites that you can access via links on our website.

You are not obliged to provide us with the data listed in points a) and b) above. However, without this data we are not able to provide you with the website with all its functions or respond to your contact request. 

For what purpose and on what legal basis is the data processing carried out? 

If the data about your visit to our website and the server log files contain personal data, we collect and process this personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (in order to operate and improve our website). 

Aramark uses log data to ensure the functionality and security of the website. However, Aramark reserves the right to review log data retrospectively if there is specific reasonable suspicion of unlawful use. 

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form or by email, we will process your contact data for the purpose of taking the measures necessary for the performance of the contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (so that we can make you an offer or answer a question regarding our offer). 

What are cookies and what types do we use? 

Cookies are small files that allow specific device-related information to be stored on your device (computer, smartphone or similar). They are used, among other things, to collect statistical data on website usage and to analyze it in order to improve the website.

We use functional and analytical cookies (i.e. outside the category of necessary cookies) only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you can give us when you first visit our website using the cookie bar. Subsequent customization and changes to cookie settings are possible at any time using this bar. 

With regard to strictly necessary cookies and any data processing that takes place in this context, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing you with a functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). 

Embedding videos on YouTube 

We have embedded videos on our website that are stored on https://www.youtube.com/ (YouTube) and can be played directly from our website if you have agreed to the setting of advertising cookies via the settings in the cookie bar (see also “What are cookies and what types do we use?”). You can deactivate advertising cookies at any time via the settings in the cookie bar, thereby withdrawing your previously granted consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before this withdrawal. 

In addition, the videos are embedded in “privacy-enhanced mode”, which means that if you do not play the videos, no data about you as a YouTube user will be transmitted.  

The data transfer mentioned in the previous paragraphs only occurs when you play the videos. We have no influence on this data transfer.  

If you visit our website, YouTube receives the information that you have visited the relevant sub-page of our website. In addition, the data listed in the chapter “Data processed when you visit our website” is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether you have logged in to YouTube via a user account or not. If you are logged in to a Google account, your data will be automatically assigned to this account. If you do not want your profile to be assigned to YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research or to adapt the YouTube page to better meet the needs of users. This analysis is carried out (also for users who are not logged in) in particular to provide tailored advertising and to inform other users of this social network about your activity on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact YouTube.

Adobe Analytics 

This website also uses Adobe Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited. We use the web analytics tool Adobe Analytics to measure the reach and use of our website in order to improve its design, functionality and offerings. In addition to usage and click behavior data (including the origin of visitors, page views, length of stay on the page), information is also stored about the content accessed and the type of browser and device used. Cookies are also used (see ” What are cookies and what types do we use? “). 

We use this cookie-based service on our website only with your prior consent. You can grant this consent either on your first visit via the consent banner or at any time in your cookie settings and modify or revoke it with effect for the future. 

The data stored by Adobe Analytics will be deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent or the data is no longer needed for the above purposes. At the latest after 24 months.

To whom do we transfer your personal data and where are these recipients located? 

As part of the provision of our website, we cooperate with IT service providers who support us in the creation, operation and further development of the website and store the website and its content stored on their servers. We also use the IT service provider’s tool to analyze pseudonymous usage data (for more information on how we analyze usage data, please see the section ” What are cookies and what types do we use? “). The service providers we use in connection with the provision and operation of our website process the personal data of website users, which we share with them for this purpose as our data processor within the meaning of Article 4(8) GDPR. We have therefore concluded data processing agreements with the service providers in order to protect your data. 

Some of the service providers we work with above are located in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), so there is a so-called transfer of your personal data. Some of the service providers are based in countries whose laws do not guarantee a level of data protection comparable to European data protection laws, this applies in particular to the United States of America (USA). In the event of data transfer to such a country, we take additional appropriate measures to ensure the protection of your personal data, for example by agreeing to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with the relevant service providers. How long do we keep personal data? 

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The retention or retention period is determined by business requirements and applicable laws. 

Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke any consent you have given us to process it, if the data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was processed, or if its processing is inadmissible for other legal reasons. 

Your rights as a data subject 

As a data subject of our data processing, you have certain rights, which we inform you about below: 

(a) Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data collected about you. 

(b) Right to rectification: You have the right to request the completion or correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you if it is inaccurate or incomplete. 

(c) Right to erasure: If there are certain reasons (e.g. the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected), you can request the erasure of data concerning you.  

(d) Withdrawal of consent: If we have obtained your consent to process your personal data in connection with a specific data processing operation, you may withdraw this consent with effect for the future and prevent further processing of the data, unless there is another relevant legal ground for permission. This right to withdraw does not affect data that we process for other legal grounds. Your withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent until the withdrawal. 

(e) Right to restriction of processing: You may request the restriction of the processing of certain personal data while a complaint is being handled or for specific other reasons. 

(f) Right to data portability: You may request that we electronically transmit your personal data that you have provided to us and that we still hold to another data controller.
