Rules of the competition ‘Embark on a journey full of prizes!’

The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 11351.

Competition Principle

Customers in Aramark restaurants will receive a competition coupon with a unique code for the purchase of food or a product from the “Farm to Table” concept.

They can register with their card code at the website https://www.cestanatalir.cz/soutez.

Customers must fill in their name, surname, email, the name of the restaurant where they purchased the meal, and correctly answer three competition questions.

If they meet these requirements, they are entered into the draw. Personal data processing takes place on the basis of the legitimate interest of the organizer and the fulfillment of the contract (competition rules).

ARAMARK, s.r.o. is the controller of personal data and retains this data only for the purposes of the competition and undertakes not to provide it to third parties.

By registering, contestants consent to receiving informational emails regarding the Journey to the Plate concept and other marketing communications exclusively for the duration of the competition and the following three months.

Duration of the Competition

The competition runs from May 13, 2025, 00:00 hours to October 13, 2025, 23:59 hours.

Prizes

  • 1000x kitchen towel (1 for one winner)
  • 100x ecological mug (1 mug for 1 winner)
  • 50x kitchen cutting board (1 board for 1 winner)
  • 5x goose feast for 12 guests (the winner can invite 11 colleagues to the feast)
  • 1x St. Martin’s duck feast for the entire company (the company means the organization for which Aramark provides its services in the given location — employees of the given client in the location from which the winner comes are entitled to the prize)

Each winner can receive only one prize — e.g., 1 towel, 1 ecological mug, 1 kitchen cutting board, 1 goose feast, or 1 duck feast. In case of any win, the winner is no longer included in subsequent rounds of the draw.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary or other compensation, and the winner is obliged to accept the prize in the form offered.

Draw Schedule

First Draw (July 14, 2025 at 10:00 hours)

  • 400× kitchen towel
  • 40× ecological mug

Second Draw (September 15, 2025 at 10:00 hours)

  • 400× kitchen towel
  • 40× ecological mug
  • 20× kitchen cutting board

Third Grand Final Draw (October 15, 2025 at 10:00 hours)

  • 1× St. Martin’s duck feast for the entire company
  • 5× goose feast for 12 guests
  • 200× kitchen towel
  • 20× ecological mug
  • 10× kitchen cutting board

The draws will take place at Aramark’s headquarters in the presence of managing directors and the marketing director using a computer program for random selection of winners from the list of registered participants. The results of the draw will be published on the website https://www.cestanatalir.cz/soutez without disclosing the personal data of the winners.

Announcement of Winners

Winners will be contacted no later than 5 working days after the draw via the email provided during registration. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days from sending the notification of the win, or if the winner refuses the prize, the prize is forfeited to the organizer.

The prizes will be delivered in person through the manager of the Aramark restaurant indicated by the winner during registration. The winner will be informed about the time window in which they can collect the prize.

Additional Provisions

Competition participants must be over 18 years of age.

Employees of the organizer and persons sharing a household with them are excluded from the competition.

Every customer in Aramark restaurants can participate in the competition, with the exception of persons excluded according to these rules.

Only employees of Aramark’s client will be included in the draw for the main prizes (goose feast for 12 guests and St. Martin’s duck feast for the entire company). Other participants will only be included in the draw for the remaining prizes.

The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the competition rules at any time. Contestants will be informed of any changes to the rules on the competition website.

In case of any doubts about the competition rules, only the organizer is entitled to decide.

Any claims regarding prizes must be made in writing to the address of the organizer no later than 7 working days from the receipt of the prize.

There is no legal entitlement to the prize.

The final number of kitchen towels intended for the competition may differ from the stated quantity depending on the current product availability. In case of lower availability than planned, the number of prizes in the kitchen towel category will be proportionally reduced to the available quantity, and participants will be informed about this fact on the competition website.

Protection of Personal Data

The personal data of competition participants will be collected and processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

The controller of personal data is ARAMARK, s.r.o. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the competition, delivering prizes, and, in the case of granted consent, also for sending marketing communications.

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the competition and subsequently for a period of 6 months in case of resolution of any complaints or disputes. Afterwards, the data will be deleted.

Competition participants have the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:

  • Right of access to personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to erasure of personal data
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection)

Final Provisions

These rules are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.
